PREMIUM DWA 300 - 1000 L AROMAMAX Gas

The firebox is manufactured from brushed Stainless Steel AISI 304, designed with a water bath, and can be designed for using multiple power sources: electric, gas or solid fuel heating. The firebox is operating at ~110℃ approximate temperature and 0,5 bar low pressure providing a very efficient heat transfer to the mash or liquids in the still.
Advantages to this type of heating are multiple:
- improved efficiency with lower consumption of energy;
- stabile operational conditions during the entire distilling process;
eliminates completely the risk of burning or sticking of the material inside the still.
The still is designed with OPTIONAL redirecting of the execs vapors from the water bath, by direct steam injection inside the still thus additionally heating mash or liquids in the still and speeding up the extraction process by approximately 25%.
