If you want to produce aromatic spirits like fruit brandies, aroma max column is the perfect choice for you. But if you are really interested in the production of high percentage alcoholic beverages (votka, gin, cognac), the bubble plate column is suitable for your needs. This model has 6 bubble plates and on each plate, there is a valve so you can skip any bubble plate. In fact, if you have intentions to use both columns, we have made this 8 in 1 hybrid still.
