District 9 distillery is built from scratch and the owners were the first to import a copper pot still in Saigon, Vietnam.

On this traditional pot still (DWA 120 L) they combine the crafts of maceration, pot distilling and vapor infusing, giving them the possibility to extract even the most delicate botanical flavors, creating a unique and remarkably smooth gin. Saigon Baigur is small-batch distilled in the District 9 Distillery. Their mission is to offer the world a truly unique gin capturing the adventurous spirit of Vietnam.
