The Shine of DES Stills Begins in the Hands of Our Craftsmen

One of the first reactions customers often have when they see a finished DES still is: “How beautifully it shines.”
But that shine is not accidental. Behind it are hours of work, attention, and patience. Final finishing is one of those stages of production that the customer may not see while it is taking place, but recognizes immediately once the product is complete.
Finalizing a still is not just polishing. It is the last, very important step in which the product receives its final appearance. It is the moment when every detail, every surface, every transition, and every trace of handwork is checked.
There is no rushing in this stage. It requires a steady hand, a good eye, and great experience. Because it is precisely the finish that makes the difference between a product that is merely functional and a product that leaves an impression.
Our polishing masters, Robert and Dejan, are part of that process. Their work can be seen in every reflection of copper, in every smooth surface, and in every still that leaves our factory ready for use.
When we say that a DES still must be perfect down to the smallest detail, we mean exactly that. The details that a machine does not complete on its own. The details finished by people who love their work.
That is why the shine of our still is not just an aesthetic detail. It is proof of dedication.
