Ginsanity gin
GINsanity gin is distilled in small quantities, so-called batches of approximately 120 bottles per run and it is produced in our DWA 120 L still.
The owners, Michael and Dagmar, real partners in life and in the distillery, have developed different tastes and gin varieties. This couple carefully handcraft every recipe and their specialty is Flavor-intensive fruit storage without coloring or artificial flavors!
If you need custom built commercial stills, our premium segment is the best choice for your distilling requirements. DES offers the best quality stills in capacities of : 120, 150, 200, 300, 500, 1000 L, with or without column. It all depends on type of spirit you would like to produce.
