The customer can choose either the Aroma Max column or the bubble plate column, and it is also possible to purchase both variants. The bubble plate column can be upgraded with additional sections, allowing for a higher alcohol level and greater distillate purity, which is especially suitable for the production of neutral spirits such as vodka.
One of the key advantages of these systems is the digital temperature monitoring system during distillation, which allows the process to be monitored directly via a mobile phone through an app. The system enables simultaneous tracking of six different temperatures, giving the distiller complete control over every stage of distillation.
